Parkinson’s Disease Therapy Study Currently Recruiting Participants

 
 

The Centre for Neurology Studies is currently recruiting participants for a 4-week clinical study with Dr. Martin McKeown and Dr. Ryan C.N. D’Arcy at the at the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic, in relation to the PPRI-funded Multimodal Neuromodulation research project.

The study aims to compare the effectiveness of a 2-week intervention of physical therapy alone to physical therapy + neurostimulation on balance in individuals with Parkinson’s Disease.

If you have a diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease and are able to participate in-person at the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic, you could qualify as a participant in this important study.
